Q.  How does a guest go about renting a condo or villa from the owner?

A.  It's very simple, look through the various units listed on this web site.  When you find one that suits your needs, check out the owners calendar.  If the dates are open that you are seeking, we suggest you call and email the owner.   Provide the owner with the number of people who will be staying in the unit, and the dates you are seeking.   If you call and get their voicemail, leave a message with these details too.   The owner will get back to you within 24 hours.   Each owner has their own process for collecting the deposit, rental payment and providing access to their condo or villa.

Q.  I own a unit at either Fiddler's Cove or Hilton Head Beach and Tennis club and would like to list my unit on your web site, how do I sign-up?

A.  No pets are allowed in either Fiddler's Cove or Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club.

A.  Please check with the individual owner regarding smoking in the condo or villa.

Q.  Can you see the beach from the condo or villa?

A.  Fiddler's Cove is about a 5 MINUTE WALK to the beach and the trees block any view of the ocean.   Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club condos are about a 1 MINUTE WALK to the beach and the trees also block the view of the beach for condos on the 1st floor.

Q.  Are there washer/dryers in the condo or villa?

A.  All Fiddler's Cove condos have a washer and dryer in the villa.   The condos at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club have access to the laundry facilities located within each building.

Q.  How close are Fiddler's Cove and Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Club to other areas on the Island?

A.  They are mid-island so you can get to just about anything within a 10 minute drive.   The Westin is just down the road from us and so are 3 golf course located in Port Royal Plantation.   To our south is Palmetto Dunes which is about 1.5 miles away.   Sea Pines is south as well and about a 10 minute drive.  There are also several golf courses off Island that can be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes by car.

Q.  What airports service Hilton Head Island?

A.  Hilton Head Island has it's own airport supported by US Airways.   Savannah International airport located just 1 hour south of Hilton Head is another excellent choice for guests wishing to fly to their vacation location.  Rental cars are available at both airports and suggested.
